Return, Refund and Replacement

- All return items must be shipped within 30 days of purchase- All returns must be unused in original packaging with tag/label attached to the product. We inspect upon receipt and then issue a refund within three business days, if the product is not damaged or used.
- The customer is responsible for all return postage and customs fees. We suggest customer uses tracked mail service for all returns to avoid non delivery issues. If we do not receive the item then we are not responsible for the refundRefund
We issue 100% refund if you have received a damaged product. If there are other concerns and we mutually agree to the return then we will issue refund
- Full Refund if the customer paid for the shipping.
- Refund of the product cost minus the shipping cost if the item was send through "Free Shipping" OptionReplacement
We are unable to send any replacement. Customer can place a new order if need a different color or size
