Shipping

- We ship globally from Canada.

- Tracking: All products shipped to Canada comes with tracking information by default. Products sent USA or any Global destination will only have tracking information if the customer has upgraded to expedite shipping options during checkout

- All standard shipping is free over order value US$75. We offer a low cost flat tracked shipping rate for all orders below the free shipping threshold. 

-To be able to offer free standard shipping we ship all products marked as "Free Shipping" via Canada Post lettermail without tracking number. If you need fast and tracked delivery then please choose shipping upgrade at the checkout.

- Shipping is not tracked unless customer upgraded shipping method during checkout.  

- Customers in EU and UK are responsible for VAT which to be paid during delivery

Delivery

- Once an item is shipped via "Free Ship" option, we will not be able to track it or provide any delivery date update.

- No refund will be issued if a "Tracked" shipment is showing as delivered to the shipping address but the customer has not received. In such case we advise the customer to check with the post office.

- If the order has not reached by expected date then it may be delayed in transit and we will not be responsible for the delay due to civil unrest such as strike, natural calamities or other reasons beyond our control
